Oracle E-business Suite

SPA has an immediate need for a Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Inventory Asset Data Migration Functional SME to provide contracting services to NATO.

**Responsibilities**:
To work as an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Inventory Asset Data Migration Functional SME within the R1.1 Project team. As an EBS logistics expert you will provide guidance and support for the migration of asset data from several source systems into an existing Oracle EBS 12.2 configuration. That will include:

- Support for the data mapping between Oracle EBS and different source systems, taking into account the specific requirements driven by the current (and future ) Asset Logistics Business processes and supporting Oracle Configuration.
- Guidance for the (technical) migration approach
- Support the necessary test cycles and actual execution of the data migration.
- The role will report to the R1.1 Implementation Project Manager

Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 4 years current, detailed and relevant knowledge and experience.
- Basic SQL and SQL*Plus knowledge.
- Familiarity with configuration management / versioning procedures and tools.
- Able to work under pressure, on own initiative and without constant supervision, to strict and tight deadlines.
- A good team player and a good communicator. G-06 Experience of working in a team that delivers a highly available service.
- Competent in documenting work done.
- English proficiency level: SLP 3333 according to STANAG 6001.
- A minimum of 4 years current, detailed and relevant knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (or higher).
- Basic understanding of the data model for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (or higher).
- For all Oracle E-Business Suite Functional profiles EF-01 Ability to handle issues of all E-Business Suite modules in area of responsibility including System Administrator from setup to functional reporting.
- Understanding internal controls, including but not limited to user access, responsibilities, security rules, report groups, profile options.
- Understanding flexfields configuration.
- Understanding standard open interfaces.
- Experience with writing detailed functional design documents based on new or changed business requirements. EF-08 Experience with the review of business procedures and functional setup.
- Experience with preparing, running and documenting unit tests, system tests and user acceptance tests.
- Basic understanding of Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI).
- Oracle - E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management - Functional SME
- Detailed knowledge of and experience with all Oracle
- Excellent understanding of Oracle Purchasing, Inventory & Order Management.
- Excellent understanding of the Oracle Internal Requisitioning process
- Strong understanding of the integration of Purchasing, Inventory & Order Management with Accounts Payable and Financials, including Fixed assets.
- Excellent knowledge of the main Oracle EBS Logistics API's/ Open Interfaces that are available for migration of (Item) Master data, migration of Inventory transactional data (Asset stock levels) and import of procurement requests
- Strong knowledge of Item Codification Fundamentals in Oracle Inventory
- Good understanding of Inventory Cost Accounting fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of Inventory Organization structure Fundamentals
- Good understanding of the Fixed Assets fundamentals
- National of one of the 30 NATO countries
- In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance

Following additional knowledge is desirable:

- Good understanding of Enterprise Asset Management(EAM) with Oracle Install Base
- Good understanding of the integration of Oracle EAM with OracleInventory and Oracle Purchasing.
- Good understanding of the integration with Financials, Including Fixed Assets.
