Oracle E-business Suite

SPA has an immediate need for an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Subledger Accounting SME to provide contracting services to NATO.

**Responsibilities**:

- To work as an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Subledger Accounting SME within the R1.1 Project team.
- The role will report to the R1.1 Implementation Project Manager.

Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**:

- G-XX: For all profiles (Generic)
- G-01 A minimum of 4 years current, detailed and relevant knowledge and experience.
- G-02 Basic SQL and SQL*Plus knowledge.
- G-03 Familiarity with configuration management / versioning procedures and tools.
- G-04 Able to work under pressure, on own initiative and without constant supervision, to strict and tight deadlines.
- G-05 A good team player and a good communicator.
- G-06 Experience of working in a team that delivers a highly available service.
- G-07 Competent in documenting work done.
- G-08 English proficiency level: SLP 3333 according to STANAG 6001.
- E-XX: For all Oracle E-Business Suite profiles
- E-01 A minimum of 4 years current, detailed and relevant knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (or higher).
- E-02 Basic understanding of the data model for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (or higher).
- E-03 Working knowledge of the Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and/or the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).
- EF-XX: For all Oracle E-Business Suite Functional profiles EF-01 Ability to handle issues of all E-Business Suite modules in area of responsibility including System Administrator from setup to functional reporting.
- EF-02 Understanding internal controls, including but not limited to user access, responsibilities, security rules, report groups, profile options.
- EF-03 Understanding flexfields configuration.
- EF-07 Experience with writing detailed functional design documents based on new or changed business requirements.
- EF-09 Experience with preparing, running and documenting unit tests, system tests and user acceptance tests.
- EF.01-XX - Oracle - E-Business Suite Financial Management &
- Project Accounting - Functional SME
- EF.01A-03 Broad knowledge of and experience with all Oracle EBusiness Suite Release 12.2 (or higher)
- Thorough understanding of their corresponding GL accounting impact
- Detailed knowledge and implementation + configuration experience with the Oracle E-business Suite Release 12.2 SLA ( Subledger Accounting Engine).
- Understanding of the hierarchical structure of the SLA model.
- Experience with the translation of specific accounting rules into dedicated SLA setup
- Sufficient knowledgeable in PL/SQL to define/design procedures/functions for technical retrieving of subledger elements as required.
- Experience with the introduction of those technical objects into SLA rules.
- Knowledgeable with the execution of the different subledger SLA create accounting programs and the interpretation of the outcome and the transfer into GL
- National of one of the 30 NATO countries
- In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance
- 95% of the work will be done remotely (5% on-site in Mons, Belgium)
