To achieve this, we must serve consumers better than the competition and for Karo, this requires a transformation in how we build our brands, innovate and go to market. _

To further develop the digital marketing team of the Remescar skincare brand we are looking for a Digital Content Marketer.

As Content Marketer you will be a key contributor within the company and marketing team.

**The role**
- You are at the center of the interaction of the Remescar brand with consumers: digital content. This role oversees all content marketing initiatives, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, conversion, retention and customer loyalty
- You ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice; optimized for search and customer experience for all channels of content and for each buyer persona
- You identify new ideas for creative campaigns and you define the roll-out plan to all digital channels in collaboration with the eCommerce Manager, Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer and Creative Lead
- You develop a multi-channel content calendar
- In collaboration with the Performance Marketer you extract the right learnings, identify and implement best practices, and you optimize the content marketing strategy for next upcoming campaigns

**Requirements**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communication or digital marketing
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital content marketing or in a digital brand marketing
- You are familiar with digital brand marketing and know how to translate an idea into a creative and content campaign
- You know all the ins and outs of social media channels as Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest
- & blog content
- You have experience with campaigns to drive e-commerce sales. You know how to interpret the KPI’s like ROAS, CPA, CR, CTR,
- You have a no nonsense and can-do mentality and you are a team player eager to learn and share with local and international colleagues
- You are a native Dutch speaker and fluently in English (any additional language is a plus)
- You have an affinity and passion for skincare & cosmetics, you are always looking to expand your knowledge on this topic
