Our leading global insurance client is seeking a Claims Handler Liability to join their team.
You'll be responsible for managing high-value complex claims, collaborating with senior team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices. If you have a background in Insurances, Law, or Economics, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in the insurance sector, we want to hear from you.

**Description**
- Managing key claims handling inquiries, including coverage determination, quantum analysis, and legal liability assessment for high-value complex claims.
- Collaborating with Team Leads and Senior Adjusters to ensure effective vendor and litigation management within a personal allocation, resulting in demonstrable savings.
- Facilitating broader internal and external stakeholder communication as needed.
- Supporting continuous improvement across the region through Quality Assurance and Regional Audit processes.
- Ensuring adherence to best practice procedures for Casualty Complex claims, consistent with global standards.
- Handling Casualty claims within authority limits.
- Resolving claims in a timely, accurate, and customer-focused manner, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expenses.
- Effectively communicating and managing key advanced Complex claims and Casualty portfolio messages to internal stakeholders and customers/clients.
- Maintaining financial control through consistent reserve management and other financial transactions.
- Providing accurate and consistent policy interpretation.
**Profile**
- Educational Background in Insurances, Law or Economics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch and English or French.
- Strong presentation skills and file knowledge.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation.
- Prior experience within the insurance sector is considered a plus
- Skill in following up on technical claims audits and improving file handling processes.
