Bij ons mag je als **Production Manager** alles in vraag stellen, zo lang de uitkomst maar een betere en/of snellere productie is. We gooien immers zelf alle vooronderstellingen van de traditionele bouw van de tafel en werken op onze eigen, geoptimaliseerde manier. We bouwen houtskeletbouw woningen in ons atelier, transporteren ze naar de bouwwerf en plaatsen ze daar op één dag.

Onze verkoop gaat hard. Heel hard. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productie in ons atelier die groei kan volgen. Je coördineert, plant en optimaliseert het hele off-site bouwproces. Samen met het team tref je de nodige voorbereidingen om onze productiedoelstellingen te halen en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de production supervisors, engineering manager en on-site verantwoordelijken.

**Wie is onze ideale kandidaat?**
- Onze missie spreekt je aan, je wilt hard gaan en de bouwrevolutie mee trekken
- Je hebt een Bachelor of Master diploma burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur, of gelijkwaardig door een leidinggevende ervaring in een productiebedrijf
- Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van mensen en kan de nodige referenties voorleggen
- Je bent een hands-on persoon met technisch inzicht en vindt altijd manieren om de dingen beter, veiliger of efficiënter aan te pakken
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en je kan jezelf ook in het Frans verstaanbaar maken.

Met uitzondering van de teams die de Skilpods plaatsen, werk je altijd op dezelfde aangename locatie. Ons atelier ligt in Geel, in een filevrije omgeving aan het kanaal. Vanaf je eerste werkdag staat je toolkit met topmerken klaar en hier binnen heb je nooit last van het wilspelturige Belgisch weer.
