**Jouw taken**:
Als Purchase Assistant is je functie tweedelig:
Enerzijds onderhoud je alle administratie wat betreft aankopen. Anderzijds ga je operationeel aan de slag.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van bestellingen en gevraagde offertes.
- Je biedt actieve ondersteuning voor de administratie met betrekking tot het wagenpark en sleutelbeheer.
- Je bent back-up voor de functie van receptioniste.
- Het operationele gedeelte houdt in dat je met poolwagens naar de carwash gaat, bestellingen van vergaderingen verzorgt, de stock van bureaumaterialen en relatiegeschenken beheert, etc.
**Je profiel**:
- Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring in administratie
- Je hebt een grondige basiskennis van Excel en andere MS Office-toepassingen.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
- Je bent communicatief en staat sterk in je schoenen.
- Je bent administratief sterk en toont voldoende initiatief en assertiviteit.
