Heb jij net als onze andere 11 digitale experts de ambitie om KMO’s online te laten scoren op alle fronten? Als Project Owner/Manager Web krijg je bij vector bross de kans om een cruciale rol te spelen in onze dagelijkse missie

**Wat wordt jouw rol?**

Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het project van A tot Z. Je bent dé link tussen de klant en ons webteam:

- Je beheert de planning van de verschillende projecten en schakelt de juiste persoon in op het juiste moment.
- Je vertaalt de wensen van klanten in functionaliteiten en user stories.
- Je laat daarbij niets aan je alziend oog ontsnappen. Projecten uitvoeren binnen de scope, budget en tijd is voor jou dan ook een evidentie.
- Je monitort de kwaliteit die door je projectteam wordt afgeleverd en stuurt onmiddellijk bij indien nodig.
- Je pakt bugs die naar boven komen kordaat aan samen met je team.
- Je controleert op tijd en stond de content & helpt een handje met ingeven als de situatie daarom vraagt.

**Welke hard skills heb je zeker nodig?**
- Grondige kennis:_
- Kanban/Sprint planning tools (Redmine, Jira,...)
- SEO standaarden
- Web usability richtlijnen
- Werking van een CMS systeem (Drupal,...)
- Basiskennis van:_
- Google Analytics
- Cookies en nog van dat lekkers
- Website wireframing & design
- Drupal CMS
- Digitale marketing principes
- HTML/CSS (high level)

**Wat zoeken we verder in jou?**
- Je bent een uitmuntend planner.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in deze functie & onze sector.
- Delegeren op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier met een vleugje empathie zit in je DNA.
- Je begrijpt mensen en kan ze laten samenwerken als een geoliede machine.
- Teams aansturen is jouw ding. Je krijgt hier energie van en geeft deze energie ook door aan je collega’s.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en steekt dus graag de handen uit de mouwen.
- Hoe meer efficiëntie, hoe gelukkiger jij wordt en wij ook
- Tevredenheid en een smile op het gezicht van klanten geven je tonnen energie
- Flexibiliteit maakt deel uit van jouw ‘zijn’. Je kan omgaan met veranderende wensen van klanten en past de planning hieraan aan.
- Je werkt resultaatgericht en weet de kalmte te bewaren wanneer de druk toeneemt.
- Ervaring als front-end developer of back-end developer is een plus.
