**Vacatureomschrijving**:

- As Critical Wireless Communication PM, you are responsible for implementing, developing, supervising technical solutions for mission critical wireless communications (Tetra, DRM, 5G, MF, HF, WBHF...).

**Job description**:

- Validate and confirm clean orders.
- Report directly to Area Director BU Technology Critical Wireless Communications
- Agree on project execution methodology, scope and planning and timing with customers.
- Ensure VCA compliance and safety follow-up.
- Create overall project plans and document projects in supporting systems.
- Ensure project safety follow-up.
- Order necessary equipment and services.
- Identification and management of all internal and external stakeholders
- Update financial, timing, and quality aspects of the budget.
- Timely escalation if needed to management
- Adequate change management.
- First full invoice preparation.
- Organize and lead operational project status and steerco meetings.
- Document RAG status obtained from customers for to guarantee the Quality, Timing Planning, Scope and Budget of the project.
- Conduct project closure meetings with customers and document project acceptance
- Provide as-built documentation.
- Organize handover sessions with CSM and OPS.

**Functie-eisen**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent with additional studies or project experience.
- Technical knowledge of ICT and Physical Security (recommended).
- 6-8 years of experience in managing projects with a budget over 1M EUR.
- Proficiency in English, French and/or Dutch.
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, MS Project, Powerpoint)
- ITIL V3 or ITIL4 foundation certification/knowledge
- PRINCE2 Foundation or PMP certification.
- Knowledge of safety risks and preventative measures (VCA-FULLVOL).
- Valid VOL-VCA certification (Safety for Operational Supervisors)
- People manager (manage of a project team)

- Hybrid working : 2 days homeworking, work location : R&D Center Zellik or Wings building in Diegem (BE)
