**We are looking for an Asset Head - Neurodegeneration who is a visionary, inspiring and outcome-driven leader to join us in our Patient Evidence team, based in our headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. (United Kingdom location possible with regular - 30% - travel to Belgium)**

**About the role**

You will be leading a cross-functional team that leads end-to-end strategy and execution for one of our most critical assets in the area of Neurodegeneration. You will shape the asset’s lifecycle from development to launch and beyond, with accountability for its clinical, commercial, and access success on a global scale.

**Who you’ll work with**

You will lead a high-performing cross-functional asset team and be a member of a team of other asset heads. You will collaborate with senior leaders across research, development, medical, commercial, and access functions. Your work will bridge global strategy with regional execution to maximize patient value and business impact.

**What you’ll do**
- Set and execute the global asset vision and strategy across the full lifecycle
- Lead global evidence generation planning and cross-functional execution with an outcome-driven and stakeholder-first mindset
- Define and drive strategic decisions, including launch sequencing, pricing corridors, and lifecycle management
- Align global brand and access strategy, from positioning to indication prioritization
- Manage the global asset budget and forecasting with cross-departmental coordination
- Ensure enterprise readiness for launch, stakeholder engagement, and project execution

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- 15+ years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally including global scope
- Experience building and leading high performance teams
- Strategic background in asset lifecycle management, clinical development, and/or commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of the Neurodegeneration landscape and stakeholder needs
- Strong financial and project management skills, including budget oversight
- Proven ability to influence and lead within complex, international matrix environments
- Scientific or medical background preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus
