Global Medical Lead of Immunology

We are looking for a **Global Medical Lead of Immunology **who is strategic, innovative and collaborative to join our **Medical Affairs **department. This role can be based in our offices in **Brussels, Belgium; Slough, UK; or Atlanta, USA.**

**About the role**

You will provide Medical affairs expertise and executional leadership for the Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) population within the Rheumatology/Dermatology therapy areas. Your goal will be to drive appropriate adoption of our solutions and improve the standard of care in these specific disease population(s), in line with asset and disease level strategy

**Who you’ll work with**

You will report directly into the Global Medical Head of PsA and work closely with the other Global Medical Population Leads within Medical Affairs. You’ll also collaborate with partners across the business including commercial, access and patient engagement teams.

**What you’ll do**
- Contribute to the development of the global rheumatology medical strategy and medical plan, ensuring alignment with the asset strategy.
- Drive timely execution of the medical tactics and deliverables (e.g. advisory boards, conference activities, internal training/rollout of new PsA asset data and medical strategy, etc).
- Lead the delivery of globally led research collaborations and cross-indication workstreams aligned to the asset’s evidence generation strategic priorities in PsA.
- Cultivate a network of PsA thought leaders / researchers, and attend global congresses, to ensure understanding of the evolving disease and treatment landscape.
- Network with other Immunology population medical leads (Psoriasis, HS, axSpA etc) to ensure aligned ways of working for all indications, and to exploit synergies in relation to key medical deliverables.
- Support regional and local Medical Affairs teams to maximize impact of other Medical communities.

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following experience and skills**
- Extensive Medical Affairs Experience in global, regional or local roles.
- A preference for expertise in the population (PsA) or therapy area (Rheumatology or Dermatology).
- A track record of tactical delivery of activities and contributing to medical strategy development.
- Experience working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and translate science into meaningful strategies.
