We are looking for a **Medical Operations Lead** who is **dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented **to join us in our **Medical Strategic Operations team**, based in our **headquarters in Brussels, Belgium or other relevant EU hub.**

**About the role**

As the Medical Operations Lead, you will partner with activity owners for annual and /or ad hoc contracting with particular focus on HCP Engagements. You will execute he process hands-on, but also act as a central SME and go-to partner for teams, assistants, and external vendors involved in HCP Engagement processes, provide advice, ensure best-practice sharing, and enhance process compliance and efficiency.

**Who you'll work with**

You will work closely with the global Medical Communities team, liaise with Legal, Compliance, vendors, and other key partners.

**What you'll do**
- Partner with activity owners for contracting, particularly focused on HCP Engagements
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions in collaboration with teams
- Support the Head of Medical Strategic Operations in developing initiatives

**Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills**
- Proven experience in operational aspects of contracting and medical activities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international, cross-functional setting
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience in managing and improving processes around ANFs/contracting
- Strong dedication to providing high-quality work with attention to detail and pro-active task completion
