**Job Description**:
As a Junior Product Manager, you will be part of the Benelux Marketing team and work in direct line with the Product Manager. You will have the opportunity to work on the 3 product categories of the Group: Stationery, Lighters and Shavers, with very specific and dedicated approaches; also in between both countries you will be in charge of: Belgium and Netherlands.
Your main tasks will be:
**Support action plans**:
- Support the product managers in the marketing plan elaboration & implementation: analysis, agencies brief, help on the set up of marketing activations
- New products and displays management: displays creation, artwork development, follow-up.
- Participation in new product launches plans: market analysis, communication support, instore, activations
- Participation to the management of the different customers fairs: stand development with local agencies, sales tools & visuals development, analysis.
- Definition & implementation of the annual promotion plan in collaboration with Sales Managers, KAMs & Sales Filed Manager - including Promo codes management
- Strong operational support on action plans, product development and artwork creation. Development of new lighters decorated series, promotional thematic, etc.
- Deliver strong analytically based recommendation for promotions & media investment including post-mortem analysis.
**Ensure daily operational management of the brand**:
- Creation & development of in-store activations and promotions: displays, participation at the set-up of the Back to School, POS installation, animations, sales tools, (trade) advertising and various visuals,
- Cooperation and communication with KAMs & Category Management to share information, knowledge and develop Sales Tools & products catalogues.
**Monitor & analyze the market**:
- Competition Intelligence, manage regular store checks to gather and update competitor & customer information such as price ladders, etc.
- Sales analysis: internal sales data & external sales data (panel GFK / Nielsen / internal datas management) : regular reporting & ad hoc analysis
**Qualifications**:
- A previous experience (1 to 2 years) in Trade marketing / Marketing or Category management position
- Fluent in French & English. Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Power-Point and Excel.
- Team player with excellent communication skills (internal & external with suppliers & customers
- Understanding of finance basics (P&L, budget management,) is a plus
- Organized: Project management & planning skills, strong capacity to prioritize & manage time efficiently
- You can also work independently, you have a sense of responsibility, you are creative, communicative, pro-active, and real team player: regular interaction with Sales team, & other departments.
- Analytical skills: ability to analyses, make conclusions and drive till recommendations.
- Priorization : 2 countries, different channels, 3 categories (stationery, lighters & shavers)
- Curiosity: Search for and understand market trends, category evolutions, but also eager to make deep dives in a specific category/customer/project.
