Jij kiest de kant van de klant Een klant wordt jouw klant. Want jij staat klaar om te helpen via verschillende kanalen. Klanten bellen, schrijven, sms’en, mailen chatten met jou als ze hulp nodig hebben. En daar ben jij: een rustige rots in de branding, baken van kennis en vriendelijkheid. Soms bel je zelf ook op om verder op te volgen. Tot jouw klant een tevreden klant is. Dat doe je met handige tools en methodes die we voor jou helemaal op punt stelden.

FUNCTIE

Je staat in voor de algemene klantenondersteuning en opvolging via verschillende kanalen. Je verstrekt advies en eenvoudige productinformatie, je behandelt klachten, neemt bestellingen en reservaties op, enz. Je doet hiervan ook de administratieve opvolging. Een voorbeeld? Een klant wegwijs maken in het aanbod, verder helpen met het verlengen van een zoekertje, foto’s helpen uploaden of financiële vragen beantwoorden. Zeer uiteenlopend dus Je werkt 38u per week van maandag tot vrijdag tussen 8 uur en 18 uur. Goed om weten: uurroosters worden minstens 3 weken op voorhand gecommuniceerd. Werken doe je in Diegem of vanuit jouw thuiswerkplek.

**Profiel**:
Actief luisteren, klantgericht zijn en gesproken geschreven sterk communiceren in zowel Nederlands als Frans. Stressbestendig zijn en goed werken in team, ook ben je zelfstandig goed in je werk. Administratie goed aanpakken en schrijven zonder spellingfouten in 1 van de twee talen. Voorstellen maken voor de klant voor een goede dienstverlening.
