Wij zijn opzoek naar een Customer Service medewerker:

- overflow
- logistieke dienstverlening
- teleonthaal
- externe helpdesk

En net hiervoor zijn we op zoek naar extra versterking
**Uw profiel**

Wij zoeken iemand die:

- Contact met klanten,prospecten en leveranciers om te luisteren waar hun noden liggen.

Want klantenbinding verzorgen doen we met onze oren
- Opvolgen van mailings, documentaties.
- Aanvullen en onderhouden van het CRM systeem.

Een propere CRM is als een proper bureau
- Agendaplanning en opvolging voor jouw klanten.

Moeten we het voorbeeld van Delphine nog eens boven halen?
- De Nederlandse en Franse taal (zowel gesproken als geschreven)
