Responsibilities*
- Analysis of the KPI’s driving our business, as basis for taking sound Management decisions
- Analysis with respect to product profitability (allocation of costs to different revenue categories)
- Acting as business partner
- Prepare business cases
- Monthly Management reporting
- Taking a leading role in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Control capex and support the capex decision process
- Perform ad hoc analysis for management
- In charge of optimization of reporting, processes and guidelines leading to efficiency and effectiveness improvements
- Integration of newly acquired companies in the respective financial processes
- Follow up on the realization of synergies and other value adding plans within the company
**Required skills and experience**
- Master in Economics or Economics-related
- At least 7 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-driven and ambitious
- A synthetic mindset, able to translate complex information in a structured and comprehensive format
- Highly skilled within Excel modelling and experience with BI tools is an asset
- Good communication skills, able to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment
- An open-minded spirit able to maintain good relationships in an international environment
