Are you ready to lead a bold new offering in the wealth management sector? We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer/New Business Developer to drive growth in our digital/hybrid wealth management scale-up, focusing on the Belgian market. Collaborate with Allianz Global Investors and leverage local expertise to develop our brand and establish white-label partnerships for our innovative platform.
Your Mission?
- Strategic Execution: Translate strategy into actionable plans, driving client acquisition through organic distribution and new partnerships.
- Public Leadership: Serve as the face of the scale-up, positioning it as a modern, competitive choice for clients with over €250K in investable wealth.
- Team Building: Lead and inspire a high-performing team across wealth management, relationship management, marketing, and operations.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Work with the Board and key stakeholders to achieve strategic goals, ensuring delivery through measurable KPIs.
- Growth Preparation: Maintain high standards of service and compliance, preparing the organization for expansion into the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
