Als Digital Marketing Consultant bij iO, sta mee aan het front van het team van de klant om de campagnestrategie op te stellen en te bepalen welke content je op welk moment gaat inzetten.
- Je denkt mee over de strategie, zet briefings om in concrete campagnes, volg je resultaten op, analyseer je data en rapporteer je nieuwe inzichten duidelijk en overtuigend aan de klant
- Jij bepaalt de kanaalkeuze, de targeting en media tactics, en tekent de flows en funnels uit die tot de gewenste conversie leiden
- Je mikt op de doelstellingen, bepaal je mee de** KPI’s **en weet je je doel(groep) precies te raken
- Je manoeuvreert langs de hindernissen van **advertising (SEA, Display, social,)**, puzzelt met advertentiebudgetten en bent gewapend met brede kennis
Je team:
Je werkt** in het team van de klant** en ook vaak op hun kantoren. Op die manier kan jij je expertise het beste met hen delen en ben je aanwezig waar het nodig is. Daarnaast word je ondersteund door het** iO consultancy team** dat je begeleidt en helpt wanneer je vragen zou hebben. Je bent volledig deel van iO en krijgt ook alle bijhorende voordelen.
**Kennis is de basis** van alles wat je bij iO doet. Dat betekent niet alleen dat je groeit door aan uitdagende projecten te werken. Of dat je jouw **persoonlijke groeipad** volledig zelf kunt vormgeven. Er zijn daarnaast ook nog allerlei initiatieven waaraan je kunt deelnemen óf die je zelf kunt organiseren, zoals opleidingen, conferenties of workshops.
Wat je meebrengt als Digital Marketing Consultant
- Je hebt **3+ jaar ervaring** als Digital Marketeer
- Je hebt een algemene kennis van online marketing en hebt een focus op **performance marketing**:
- **Je wordt blij van het analyseren van resultaten**:
- Je aanpak is **resultaatgericht** en je baseert je op data
- Je hebt ervaring met **marketing** **automation** tools zoals HubSpot
- Je kunt straffe dingen doen met search engines, social advertising en Google Analytics
- Je bent ervan overtuigd dat elk project onlosmakelijk verbonden is met meetbare resultaten
- Je hebt sterke **organisatorische skills** en hebt een **proactieve houding**:
- Je spreekt **Nederlands** en **Engels**
