**Jobdescription**:

- Within CET, you are responsible for the whole support team of Workplace Services.
- You are goal-oriented and self-directed individual who has extensive experience of leading a team of support engineers from various technology
- You have the experience in Team Management in an international environment
- You are able to influence and convey a level of confidence and build long lasting relationships based on reliability and trust
- You can influence others to take a specific course of action when there is no direct line of command

**Key accountabilities**

You are responsible for the Support team by keeping the SLA and satisfaction at a high level while improving the services the international team offers:

- Owning escalations, complaints and general backlog of tickets for the support team
- Working on communication to the business and direct stakeholders
- Improving and implementing new services and way of working in the team
- Reporting to the Management on project progress
- Working with other Product Owners and Managers to deliver a full scope service.
- Helping in projects and leading mini projects.
- Controlling the budget of the team.

**Expectations, experiences & knowledge**
- Diploma in IT
- Experience with product management tools
- Excellent English-written and spoken
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and motivated with an excellent attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure & Out of the box thinker
- Experience working within an Agile context

**Desirable**
- Degree in IT or Management
- Multinational exposure & experience
- With more than 5 Years’ Experience in Project Management in IT environment
