Voor ons Development Team zijn we op zoek naar een Product Owner met een** technische achtergrond in development** en **uitstekende people skills**. Als Product Owner ben je de directe sparringpartner van de klant en zorg je ervoor dat het eindproduct perfect is afgestemd op de actuele en toekomstige vereisten. **❓Waarom bij Spikes?** - Kantoren in Antwerpen, Hasselt en bij jou thuis - In loondienst of als freelancer - Het plezier, de eenheid en de eenvoud van een KMO-omgeving **Jouw missie** - Je leidt de dagelijkse stand-up meeting, vult de backlog aan, bepaalt de prioriteiten en zorgt voor een correcte planning van onze diensten. - Je durft stakeholders te challengen rond prioriteiten, timing en risico's. - Je verdiept je steeds in de relevante ontwikkelingen op de markt en gebruikt dit, naast een grondige analyse, om een duidelijke visie rond het product te vormen. - Je zorgt ervoor dat de communicatie met de klant en het interne team steeds vlot en constructief verloopt. **Jouw talenten** - Je hebt **enkele jaren ervaring binnen een technische IT-omgeving. **Idealiter bekleedde je reeds een** **rol als** Scrum Master**, **Product Owner** of **Team Lead**. - ** Kennis van de hedendaagse frameworks en technologieën** is een absolute troef. - Je beschikt over goede project management skills en bent klant - en oplossingsgericht. - Je weet interne en externe partijen te verbinden via open communicatie, waarbij je een constructieve discussie niet uit de weg gaat. **Werken bij Spikes** Bij Spikes kom je terecht in een innovatieve werkomgeving waar iedereen productief samenwerkt en elkaar ondersteunt.
