As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced **Controller** to join our team.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a skilled **Controller** to undertake all aspects of financial management for **Nipro Europe Group Companies** and **Nipro Digital Solutions**. The **Controller** will be responsible for the controlling of the A-Z finance and accounting activities of NEGC and NDTE as well as overseeing and managing the Corporate Service Charges cost allocation model across the group. The function also will require first line controlling and reporting activities to be performed for both entities.

**What you’ll do**:

- Oversee A-Z accounting & controlling for NEGC and NDTE such as payroll reconciliations, AP, AR, pre-payments, accruals etc.; review fixed asset tables and depreciation postings, etc.
- Monthly closing activities for NDTE, NEGC inclusive Corporate Service Charge allocations, calculations, and invoicing to internal customers + providing reports with meaningful variance analysis.
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting: Management Reports (MMR) P&L & Balance Sheet / DIVA / CSC cost reports / Budget control report / SG&A analysis report etc.
- Periodical review of numbers with main budget owners.
- Follow-up on ad-hoc requests related to the above context.
- Support NEGC & NDTE in working out strategic plan proposals based on inputs received.
- Coordinate and support NEGC & NDTE budgeting process in QV & DIVA based on inputs received from budget holders.
- Maintain and run Corporate Service Charges allocations and calculations.
- Other ad-hoc budget and forecast simulations and activities related to the above context.
- Coordinate annual audit processes and follow-up and provide on information requests from auditors for NEGC and NDTE.
- Initiate, improve, and automate processes and reports related to the above scope.
- Support ad-hoc and annually defined improvement projects where required such as amongst others S4HANA / SAC /
- The employee performs all tasks in accordance with ISO quality and JSOX requirements, whilst always taking Nipro values into account.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Financial / Business Controller or similar role in a multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Strong Financial & accounting knowledge and/or experience.
- Strong experience in working with Excel & SAP or proficiency in other financial software and ERP systems.
- Experience in working with other office tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud and Oracle.
- Business Acumen and the ability to understand complex environments & structures.
- Proficient in languages; English is a must (Dutch/French preferred, and any other languages are welcome).
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands on with ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
