Head of Human Resources- Belgium

**_Ryanair DAC is currently recruiting a Head of HR to be based in Belgium and overseeing the HR function for our Belgian operation_**
**_The Ryanair group will carry over 168m guests this year on more than 3,000 daily flights from 90 bases, connecting over 37 countries on a fleet of over 500 aircraft, with a further 140 Boeing 737’s on order. We have big plans to increase our passenger numbers to over 225m by FY26._**
This position requires a dynamic, focused and results driven person to join the wider Ryanair HR department. The position would suit a highly motivated self-starter who has already experienced operating in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties include**:
- Oversight of the day to day HR management of crews operating in Belgium including HR paperwork, employee relations, payroll and legal cases
- Management of Industrial Relations
- Overseeing disciplinary and grievance processes
- Management reporting
- Answering queries from crew and pilots
**Requirements**:
- Experience dealing with external Payroll providers in Belgium
- Experience dealing with best practice HR policies under Belgian Employment Law
- Experience in drafting contracts, internal regulations, company handbooks etc
- Experience dealing with Work’s Council and CPPW committees preferable
- Self-Starter, highly motivated with ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines
- Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in French and/or Dutch
- Relevant Degree or Masters
