The aim of the Digital Business Solutions (DBS) department is to support all of our client's business activities. It ensures that our client has efficient processes and an autonomous, high-performance IT system to support these processes, as its needs and technologies evolve.



In this context, we are looking for a Team Manager to replace the current Team Manager ad-interim, who has been called to another role.

**Technical background**

You are a university graduate with an IT, economics, industry or science background

You have a good knowledge of customer process management and experience of setting up and managing CRM systems.

Experience of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Community is a plus

You are passionate about mobile technologies, digitising information and improving processes

Knowledge of the energy or utilities sector is an asset

Knowledge of Entreprise Architect, JIRA, Planview and Omnitracker is a plus

You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a knowledge of professional technical English

Key skills : Leadership, management, learning ability, flexibility, stress resistance, customer and results orientation, rigour and communication.

**Business context**

As Team Manager Customer, you will have the following responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for prioritising the team's activities and ensuring that resources are aligned with workloads, in terms of quantity and profiles required
- You will ensure that the team is dynamic and motivated
- You will support the individual development of your team members through effective coaching.
- You will manage the portfolio of projects relating to our client's Customer strategy
- You will help to translate our client's customer strategy into concrete project plans that will enable the ambitions set to be achieved
- You will work with business and architecture to develop and disseminate a vision for the development of the domain.
- You are responsible for delivering the projects in your area within the defined scope, budget and schedule.
- You will organise the optimum handling of incidents and requests for changes from users, in compliance with the department's processes and the defined SLAs
- You will manage the budgets and contracts required to carry out the tasks assigned to your team
- You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of your team's activities and for monitoring technological developments in your field.
- You will be a member of the DBS department management team and report to the Head of Works, GIS and Customer Service.
