To cope with the development of our business, for one of our clients in financial services, we are currently looking in Belgium for a**:Interim Purchasing Manager**

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of purchasing processes (Source to Contract and Procure to Pay)
- Proven experience in managing purchasing teams
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in change management
- Mastery of ERP principles in general and Baan in particular
- Professional fluency in French & English
- Good interpersonal skills are essential, as are certain managerial and commercial qualities:

- a definite talent for negotiation,
- a good sense of compromise,
- the ability to value and delegate,
- diplomacy and pedagogy.

Start date
- ASAP.

Please note this is a fixed term mission.

Initial contract will last 6 months with an multiple extensions planned.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days/week on site in Liege.
