You will be based in the Group Service Centre in Brussels, working alongside our purchasing team on high-impact projects. While project scope may vary depending on business priorities, your key responsibilities include:

- Conducting in-depth analyses of data from the purchasing database and map it to meet business process flows.
- Identifying inefficiencies, control gaps, and business pain points based on your analysis.
- Proposing innovative solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Working closely with top management teams and stakeholders across different departments.
- Taking ownership of impactful projects that contribute to the success of the network.

**Qualifications** Education**: Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, data science, or a related field.

**Languages**: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.

**Personal skills**: Analytical with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A creative approach to developing and implementing solutions with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Technical skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of project management principles and tools. Familiarity with Coupa is a plus.

Please note that V.I.E contracts are only applicable to European Economic Area (EEA) citizens who are between 18 and 28 years old. The position is based in Brussels, Belgium.

**Starting date**: June 2025, flexible.

**Duration of the programme**: 12 months.
