We are looking for a **People Operations Specialist** interested to join a cohesive team that manages the end-to-end employee life cycle throughout Europe.

**The big picture**
- You will be responsible for the whole employee life cycle and a variety of administrative HR processes (onboarding and offboarding, contractual changes, maternity leave, time/absence management, etc)

- Help shape our on
- and off-boarding experience at all levels, improving the process while guiding our hiring managers, creating an amazing Employee experience and cohesion throughout the group (in 7 different entities around Europe)
- You are happy to contribute to the development of our Fleet and mobility plan.
- You will be integral in developing our L&D Academy.
- You will follow-up on Employee engagement to ensure our ENPS stays healthy.
- You are familiar with staff lifecycle administration from entry to exit.
- You have a sweet spot for Internal communication and are a key contact for employee
- You are familiar with offering employees the answers they need as well as guidance on matters such as maternity/ sickness leave, contract & payment questions, benefits, training, etc.
- You will keep our HRIS (BambooHR) up to date and are familiar with running reports through the tool while ensuring HR policies and employee documentation for all countries are always updated according to local labour laws.
- You will be our backup on payroll closing with our team, working closely with Finance.

**About you**
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience within HR Operations in a comparable position, experience in an international environment is an advantage.
- You have a good knowledge of Belgian labour law. Experience with and knowledge of at least NL, DE or SE labour law/payroll is also required.
- You have excellent Microsoft office skills, especially Excel skills. If you are familiar with the HR-tool BambooHR, that is a great +.
- You are a wizard when it comes to organizational and time management skills, and you are pro-active.
- You can work independently while being a true team player.
- You are fluent in either Dutch or French as well as being fluent in English.
- You love to build strong internal relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation.
- You have experience in a fast-growing start-up/scale-up
