**For TME Graduate positions **we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)

Your team and your responsibilities:
**Description**:
Toyota Motor Europe R&D Centre is responsible for:

- Developing vehicles and making concept proposal for EU core models
- Reflecting EU technology to Toyota Vehicles timely by utilizing location advantage and strong network with EU partners

Body Engineering Division is responsible for Planning & Design of Body in white, Exterior parts, Interior parts and Functional parts for Toyota models produced in Europe, from concept phase to serial production.

Sensory Quality group is responsible for improving Product Power and Sensory Quality* of Toyota vehicles.
- Sensory Quality is the sense of richness & strength of the materials used and the feeling of the depth of engineering (craftsmanship) behind design._

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development of Sensory Quality System
- Analyzing Customer Clinic results and formulate conclusions.
- Developing Objective Measuring methods to measure the Sensory Quality of vehicle interiors.
- Benchmarking competitor solutions according the above method.
- Set targets for each vehicle segment for Visual, Touch and Sound
- Implement the Sensory Quality Targets into vehicle projects.
- Investigate and cooperate engineering and style proposals in order to secure Sensory Quality Targets.
