Als **Customer Service Officer EMEA chemische sector**beheer jij de aanvraag van de klant van bestelling tot levering. Het takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:
- Je optimaliseert **klantenrelaties**met snelle service en oplossingsgericht denken;
- Je **zoekt proactief naar verbeteringen**en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen voor klanttevredenheid;
- Je **coördineert**spoedzendingen en bewaakt leveringsvooruitgang, je deelt klantprognoses en beheert voorraden;
- Je handelt **klachten**af, volgt best practices en voldoet aan OHSE- en hygiënenormen.
**Wie ben jij als Customer Service Officer EMEA?**
- Je hebt **mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie**, bij voorkeur in een verpakkings
- of productieomgeving;
- Je hebt ervaring met **SAP**en goede Excel-vaardigheden**.**Kennis van Salesforce is een pluspunt.
- Je bent vloeiend in** Engels én Nederlands**, andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
