**Description**:
As a member of the Finance team, you will be reporting to the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for accounts Receivables:

- Proceed revenue invoicing with new CRM software.
- Maintain customers’ master data.
- Active support in cash collection process, including reminders management and follow-up.
- Communication with customers in English, orally and in writing.
- Record bank statements.
- Customers’ accounts reconciliation.
- Support monthly and year-end financial close process.
- Support development financial functionalities in the new CRM.
- Active cooperation with the Membership Administration department regarding customer journey (onboarding, resignation,..).

**Profile**
- You have a bachelor degree in accounting.
- A first relevant experience in accounting is a plus, but not mandatory.
- You have a good knowledge of the English and French language.
- A good knowledge of Sage/BOB accounting software and Isabel as well as an interest to work with a brand new Customer Relationship Management system will be an asset.
- You are organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, a team player and are able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
