Wil jij jouw stempel drukken op de internationale groei van een gekende en sterke speler binnen de exclusieve haarden sector?
Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Business Developer om het salesteam te versterken.
Als een rot in jouw vak ben je inzake 'sales' klaar om de bouwstenen te leggen voor een uitbreiding richting Nederland.
Hiervoor zal je je proactief inzetten om externe partnerschappen aan te trekken en zodoende een nieuw klantenbestand uit de grond te stampen. Overigens ondersteun je het reeds bestaand sales team in het onderhouden en behouden van de bestaande accounts. Ownership, het opzetten van initiatieven en het boosten van succes vormen de grondslag van jouw sales strategie
**Profil**:
- Je bent minstens in het bezit van een **bachelor diploma **of gelijkgesteld aan 4 jaar ervaring.
- Een **jager-verzamelaar**: Je houdt er van klanten binnen te halen en binnen te houden.
- Je hebt sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van stakeholder management en je bent gepassioneerd door het **opbouwen van relaties **.
- Je hebt **verantwoordelijkheidszin & goesting **om een eigen verkoop netwerk uit te bouwen.
- **Resultaat gericht**: je boekt graag successen en houdt targets nauwgezet in de gaten.
- Je hebt een **hands-on mentaliteit **& houdt jouw sales funnel ten alle tijde gevuld.
- Je bent een **charismatisch & scherpzinnige besluitvormer **die op alle niveaus impactvol communiceert.
- Je hebt uitstekende **onderhandelingsvaardigheden**: je onderbouwt met feiten en inzichten en doet hiervoor het nodige onderzoek.
- Je fungeert als **intermediair **tussen het technisch ondersteunend personeel en het sales team.
- Je brengt structuur aan voor jezelf aan de hand van jouw **projectmanagement skills **, je bent stressbestendig en werkt graag zelfstandig volgens deadline.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend **Nederlands en Engels **, Frans is een pluspunt.
