As process improvement coordinator within the product management team, you are constantly looking for process optimizations within the organization. You will support the product management process owner in his/her main responsibilities:

- implement, master and improve the product management process
- analyze the process risks and implement the necessary mitigations.
- create and maintain the required documentation
- define the necessary process resources (e.g. human, tools, documentation)
- monitor the process key performance indicators and ensure process effectiveness.
- define and implement the interactions with other processes

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (academic level) with experience in a regulated business.
- several years of working experience in a similar position with a track record in analysing processes, optimization and project management.
- strong affinity with product management, and medical device industry
- ambition to work in an international environment and interact with various (cultural) backgrounds.
- hands-on, independent, flexible and accurate working style.
- excellent administrative and communication skills.
- fluent in English, French is a plus.
