Marigold is looking for a Creative and Autonomous Bar Manager to lead our high-end cocktail bar in Antwerp. We are looking Manager who can continue to elevate the bar's reputation in 2025 and beyond.

**The mission**

The overarching vision is to redefine cocktail experiences and offer a world-class bar (world’s 50 best here we come) in Antwerp. The immediate goals for the Bar Manager at Marigold include:

- Establishing the bar as a premier destination for local and international cocktail and food enthusiasts.
- Curating an innovative and ever-evolving cocktail and food menu.
- Enhancing the overall guest experience through exceptional service and ambiance.
- Occasionally collaborating on exclusive private events hosted at Marigold.

**You’ll be doing this as Bar Manager**
- Growing Marigold’s presence on social media and in the international bar scene.
- Leading Marigold's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Crafting/designing and updating cocktail and food menus that set trends and delight our guests.
- Manage and mentor a team of bartenders, fostering a creative and professional environment.
- Overseeing bar and kitchen inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to maximise profitability.
- Hosting and managing private events held at Marigold, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Staying attuned to the latest trends in the cocktail and culinary scenes and incorporating them into our offerings.
- Communicate as a key player in a vibrant team, your voice is crucial. Share your ideas, collaborate with others, and be proactive in driving the bar's success.
