Als senior manager leid je een team van een tiental medewerkers die zich richten op public relations en workforce binnen de afdeling Technology. Dankzij jouw communicatievisie en -strategie verbeter je de profilering van de afdeling Technology binnen en buiten Belfius, versterk je de identiteit van Technology binnen Belfius en versterk je de positie van het Corporate Office (waar je team deel van uitmaakt) binnen Technology.

**De job in een notendop**

Je creëert effectieve synergieën en verbetert de pro-activiteit via het samenvoegen van de Marketing, Communications, PR en Workforce-teams.

Je ontwikkelt en realiseert een geïntegreerde communicatiestrategie om de identiteit en value proposition van ons Technology Department te versterken, zowel intern als extern (o.a. officiële autoriteiten).

Je ondersteunt het Workforce team in de transitie naar een engineering cultuur van de Technology afdeling. Je stuurt projecten zoals het verbeteren van rekruteringsprocessen en het stroomlijnen van de promotiepolitiek.

Je werkt samen met het Belfius communicatie departement, de HR partners en andere belanghebbenden om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken.

Je rapporteert aan de Chief of Staff Technology.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- Een master diploma met ervaring in marketing, communicatie en public relations of bedrijfsorganisatie
- Gedrevenheid en enthousiasme om de identiteit van ons Technology Department te verbeteren
- De capaciteiten om effectief samen te werken met interne en externe stakeholders
- Affiniteit met Technologie
- Drietaligheid (Nederlands/Frans/Engels)
