**JUNIOR RESEARCHER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT**

We are looking for a **driven Junior Researcher** to join our **Vlerick Centre for Excellence in Leading Adaptive Organisations**, giving organisations the inspiration to become adaptable, create a proactive culture and thrive.

**The job**
- Conduct **research** on how organizations, and the people within them can adapt to a continuously changing environment. Our research topics include: the role of leaders in driving change, how to create (self-steering) organizations that can respond effectively to dynamic environments, resilience, purpose and sustainability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, etc
- Plan & conduct research projects within this field and provide input for the development of tools.
- Act as a **business developer** for the Center for Excellence in Leading Adaptive Organisations. Identify potential customers and help convert them into paying members, create and actively take part in network opportunities and be an ambassador of the Centre and of Vlerick at large.
- **Design and organize** the various activities of the Centre and build long term relationships with its members.
- **Disseminate knowledge** by writing (academic) papers, reports, articles, newsletters, and social media posts. Present research findings to both business and academic audiences.

**You**
- Have a master’s degree, a research mind-set, and an affinity with the research topics of the Centre as mentioned above.
- Are excited to conduct inspiring research with a solid academic foundation.
- Like networking, building relationships and organizing workshops.
- Can work autonomously as part of an enthusiastic and supportive team.
- Have an excellent written and verbal knowledge of English.
- Have a proactive attitude and analytical skills. Knowledge data-analysis tools is a plus.
- Will be located on our campus in Ghent, Brussels, or Leuven in combination with your home office.
