We are looking for a **driven Junior Researcher** to join our passionate, driven & international team
**The job**
- Plan **research projects**, write ESF proposals and conduct **research** on the topics of social economy, diversity in the workplace, leadership, organisational behavior, the gig economy, lifelong learning and activating talents.
- **Disseminate knowledge** by writing (academic) papers, reports, articles, newsletters, and social media posts. Present research findings to both business and academic audiences.
- Provide **support for teaching activities** in executive education and in MBA/Master courses and for our Center for Excellence in Leading Adaptive Organisations.
- Could be the start of a PhD trajectory in one of the topics mentioned above.
**You**
- Have a master’s degree, a research mind-set, and an affinity with the research topics mentioned above. Being interested in starting a PhD journey is a plus.
- Have a talent for putting pen to paper, both in Dutch & English.
- Are excited to conduct inspiring research with a solid academic foundation.
- Can work autonomously as part of an enthusiastic and supportive team.
- Have a proactive attitude and analytical skills. Knowledge data-analysis tools is a plus.
- Like networking, building relationships and organizing workshops.
- Will be located on our campus in Ghent, Brussels, or Leuven in combination with your home office.
