**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als Research Manager Gent zal jij deel uitmaken van een bruisend onderzoeksteam bij een internationaal marktonderzoeksbureau. Jij zal een brede waaier aan **onderzoek
- en consultancy projecten van A-Z** in handen nemen om B2B klanten te ondersteunen bij hun onderzoeksvraag. Denk maar aan research in het kader van consumentenonderzoeken, prijsstrategieën en productlanceringen. Hierbij hou je rekening met de vooropgestelde **deadlines en budgetten** van de klanten. Als Research Manager Gent heb jij als doel significante resultaten te bekomen op basis van jouw **kwantitatief/kwalitatief** onderzoek en deze constructief te communiceren naar je klanten. Dankzij jouw aanbevelingen en waterdichte bevindingen zal jij de klant bijstaan bij het nemen van de juiste beslissingen. Als Research Manager Gent draag jij je steentje bij tot het succes van je klanten en maak jij **het verschil**.
**Jouw profiel**
Als ideale kandidaat voor deze functie als Research Manager Gent geniet jij van minstens een **masterdiploma **met ervaring (of sterke interesse) in **onderzoeksmethodologie**. Idealiter heb jij **5 jaar werkervaring** achter de rug in de wereld van onderzoek, project management of marketing. Qua computer skills kent het MS Office pakket voor jou geen geheimen. Als Research Manager Gent laat jij je leiden door je **gezond verstand**, ben jij **analytisch **ingesteld, en geniet jij van een **kritische blik**. Ook heb je **oog voor detail** en ga je steeds **gestructureerd **aan de slag. In jouw rol als Research Manager Gent zet jij graag je **nieuwsgierige bril** op waardoor jij je keer op keer verdiept in de projecten die op jouw pad komen. Daarbovenop ben je **communicatief **zeer sterk. Naast Nederlands geniet jij van een sterke kennis **Frans en Engels**.
