Je werkt nauw samen met een van onze grootste internationale klanten, en je krijgt toegang tot projecten met echte wereldwijde impact.Wat je zal doenJe leidt innovatieprojecten van strategie tot uitvoeringJe begeleidt klanten door beslissingsmomenten heen, van conceptfase tot marktvalidatie.Je vertaalt hun businessvraagstukken naar een scherpe onderzoeksaanpak die echt aansluit op hun KPI's.Je bouwt aan sterke klantrelatiesJe bent een sparringpartner op niveau voor internationale stakeholders.Je luistert actief, denkt commercieel mee en durft constructief te challengen wanneer dat nodig is.Je bent een coach voor je teamJe begeleidt onderzoekers in België én collega's in Azië, helpt hen groeien en creëert structuur, duidelijkheid en vertrouwen.Je bewaakt kwaliteit, timing en samenwerking, zonder de menselijke kant uit het oog te verliezen.Je werkt in een internationale realiteitJe schakelt moeiteloos tussen culturen, tijdzones en communicatiestijlen.Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer verwachtingen hoog liggen en je weet die context helder te vertalen naar je team.Wie jij bent±5 jaar ervaring in (innovation) market research of innovatieconsultancy.Sterke affiniteit met FMCG, consumentengedrag, productontwikkeling en innovatieprocessen.Je hebt ervaring in een bredere researchcontext.Commerciële mindset: je denkt mee met de klant, begrijpt hun KPI's en stuurt strategisch.Coaching-/people management-skills, ook over landen en tijdzones heen.Je excelleert in het beheren van een grote internationale klant.
