**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and advice to our business partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and problems.
- Participate in the coordination and work with our infrastructure team as appropriate.
- Document problems and their resolution.
- Develop, test and implement static data in our SAP system.
- Install new changes from acceptance to production and ensure the operational integrity of all changes.
- Analyse business requirements and provide technology guidance/input for design, implementation, and maintenance activities.
- Configure and integrate new functionality by designing systems and solutions that closely adhere to company standards and structures.
- Participate on project teams and provide technical support and guidance.
- Provide status reports, progress reports and documentation to department management and business partners.
- Consistently demonstrate knowledge seeking and sharing behaviours in performing daily work.
- Develop effective methods and logic for programs of medium complexity.

**Qualifications**
Education**:

- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent. Preferably in a field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in working in an operations or development team.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Broad IT background and interest in different IT platforms and solutions.
- Ability to deliver consistent, accurately performed tasks.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving mentality.
- Good partnering and communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills, creative and flexible problem solver.
- Understands both finance business processes and technical solutions.
- Be able to work in a in highly SOX and audit sensitive environment.
- Show ownership and perseverance to bring things to a success.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in supporting operational ERP and Finance reporting platforms.
- Experience with customizing and setting up static data in SAP.
- Experience in working with Solution Manager is a plus. SAP certifications are a plus.
- Experience in working with - and having knowledge of SAP HANA is a plus.
- Experience in working in Agile, DevOps teams. Agile certifications are a plus.
- Experience in crafting financial, technical solutions for business problems.
- Experience in SDLC methodology and Risk management including Security.
- Experience in documenting solutions and writing User Stories.
- Experience in Confluence and Jira is a plus.
- Experience and interest in broad set of technology tools, frameworks and languages including:

- Operation systems Windows, Unix, Linux
- Development languages Java, Python, Javascript
- Databases Oracle, SQL
- Version control SVN, GIT, Pull Requests, branching, merging
- Virtualization and Containerization
- Container orchestration platforms Rancher and Kubernetes
- Experience in working with Swift Alliance Access is a plus.
