**Functie**:
U bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en ondersteunen van de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen bij het continu verbeteren van hun processen en producten. U werkt samen met de verschillende teams om problemen te identificeren, te analyseren en op te lossen, waarbij u gebruik maakt van verschillende verbetermethoden zoals Lean Six Sigma en Kaizen. U werkt ook aan het implementeren van nieuwe processen en werkwijzen om de efficiëntie en productiviteit van het bedrijf te verbeteren. Uw werk draagt bij aan de groei van het bedrijf en aan het realiseren van duurzame oplossingen.
**Functie-eisen**:
- Analytisch denkvermogen: Een belangrijke vaardigheid van een Continuous Improvement Manager is het vermogen om complexe processen te analyseren en te begrijpen. Ze moeten in staat zijn om gegevens te verzamelen en te analyseren om inefficiënties en problemen in de processen te identificeren.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen: Continuous Improvement Managers moeten in staat zijn om creatieve oplossingen te bedenken voor problemen die zich voordoen in bedrijfsprocessen. Ze moeten in staat zijn om oplossingen te bedenken die de efficiëntie verhogen en de kosten verlagen, terwijl de kwaliteit van het eindproduct behouden blijft.
- Communicatieve vaardigheden: Continuous Improvement Managers moeten in staat zijn om effectief te communiceren met collega’s op alle niveaus van de organisatie. Ze moeten in staat zijn om complexe informatie op een begrijpelijke manier uit te leggen en in staat zijn om anderen te overtuigen van de noodzaak om veranderingen aan te brengen in bedrijfsprocessen.
