**Job Description**:
ARHS Developments is looking for a** **Project Management Officer for one of its clients at the European Institutions.

As PMO, you will be committed towards setting up new operational systems addressing the needs in terms of efficiency, reliability of data, ability to evolve (new implementation modalities & simplification of business processes) and ability to report and communicate. These future operational systems will be integrated with the client’s existing corporate systems and services

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Draft plannings and follow software releases evolution for various projects
- Coordinate meetings, draft and maintain agendas for high level meetings
- Draft orientation documents, status reports and various other documents throughout the life of IT projects
- Follow budget management and budget consumption
- Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developer

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**
- University degree in Computer Sciences or Communication
- Able to work autonomously & manage the workload independently
- Problem-solving attitude
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment
- Rapid self-starting capability and experience working in teams
- Capable of working on multiple large projects and participating in multilingual meetings
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & French would be considered an asset

**Technical skills**
- Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools
- Knowledge in PM²
- Knowledge in using tools to build adoption dashboards and reports
- Knowledge of any of the following would be considered an asset:_
- SharePoint
- Jira
- Confluence
- User testing
- Node.js
- Business Architecture
- Release Management
- User Experience Analysis
- Business Analysis
- Data Management
- ITIL v4
