The Digital Senior Business /Technical Analyst identifies and collects the Business’ needs, analyses them and performs the functional/technical analysis to refine properly the demand and make it ready for implementation. He acts as the interface between delivery (IT) and business teams.

Proactively manages the roadmap and the action list. Acting Risk, quality and issue management

Principal responsibilities:

- He/she takes care of Requirements management and communication and ensures good understanding of business’ needs
- He/she is the liaison between all stakeholders & guarantees customer satisfaction
- He/she pro-actively manages the refinement: plan and facilitate meetings with all concerned persons and ensure follow-up of all actions
- He/she takes part in the search & delivery of realistic/effective solutions to complex business challenges: provides expertise (analytical, technical) in the search & implementation of digital (marketing ) solutions
- He/she identifies the impact of business specifications and related system changes on existing back-end and front-end processes and liaises with Process/ Change manager
- In project mode, collects, analyses and translates business requirements delivered by our end-users into detailed business specifications for IT departments, taking into account a user centric, collaborative and agile way of working
- He/she builds and maintains good relationships within Engineering, with the Business partners, Operations and the different departments of IT.

**Education**: Master’s degree or equivalent experience

**Telework**:Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking

**Required experience**
- You have **at least 3 years of relevant experience** within IT or Business analysis
- Experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of Agile-Scrum delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Technical background, good understanding of IT and desire to further learn on IT solutions
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
- Good understanding of work flow processes

- Experience within a Financial institution
- Experience in Agile
- Strong IT affinity
- BPMN knowledge
