Job Description
: What does a day as a Deputy General Manager look like? As a Deputy General Manager, you work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of the hotel. Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Supporting the execution of management tasks related to operational, HR, commercial and administrative responsibilities.
- Being available for guests at all times and providing outstanding service.
- Acting as the main point of contact for the team and motivating employees under your supervision.
- Keeping a sharp eye on the hotel’s profitability and contributing your own initiatives and improvements. Qualifications: What makes you the perfect addition to our team?
- You have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- You enjoy a varied role that allows you to work with all aspects of the hotel.
- You have experience leading and coaching a team.
- You are driven to achieve excellent results in revenue, quality and guest satisfaction.
- You have knowledge of health and safety procedures.
