**We are seeking a talented **Enterprise Architect Consultant** to empower IT strategies and contribute to impactful transformations.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
As an Enterprise Architect, you will:
- ** Translate Strategy**: Analyze corporate goals and craft IT roadmaps, portfolio strategies, and business capability maps.
- ** Design and Architecture**: Define architecture and functional designs to support business objectives.
- ** Analyze and Evaluate**: Gather business and IT requirements through surveys and leverage frameworks like ATAM and CBAM to provide recommendations.
- ** Decision Repository**: Maintain a robust repository of architectural decisions.
- ** Strategic Alignment**: Build and refine enterprise-wide IT roadmaps that reflect initiatives, projects, and interdependencies.
- ** Process Integration**: Seamlessly integrate architecture processes with IT project and service management workflows.
**What We’re Looking For**:
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- ** Experience**: At least 10 years in Enterprise Architecture.
- ** Expertise**: Proficiency in IT processes, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, ArchiMate).
- ** Cloud and Microservices**: Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- ** Tool Mastery**: Experience with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect.
- ** Advocacy Skills**: Ability to promote and implement reference architectures.
- ** Collaboration**: A team player with exceptional presentation and collaboration skills.
- ** Industry Insight**: Familiarity with frameworks like Gartner's TIME for APM.
- ** Bonus Points**:
- Experience with mergers and organizational transformations.
- Real-world exposure to Agile IT product design and delivery.
- Multilingual skills, particularly in German.

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP,.NET, ) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic ).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
- ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS works either in its premises or in our customer’s one, remote activities are sometime possible.
