- As an experienced Microsoft Integration or Development Consultant, you will ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Collaborating closely with clients, you'll understand their operational processes and translate them into effective IT processes. You'll be involved in every aspect of a project, from technical design to the implementation of the Microsoft platform and associated Cloud solutions.

With your expertise, you'll design solutions that meet client needs, becoming a trusted sparring partner who actively contributes to process optimization throughout the project. You’ll handle various projects, from greenfield implementations to projects with existing clients, and not only migrate processes to Microsoft but also explore and create new functionalities and solutions together with clients.

**Your Talents**
- You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Integration and/or Microsoft Development Consultant.
- You're more than just a programmer; you're skilled at thinking strategically and tactically, integrating various systems, and understanding both the technological and management aspects of IT.
- You are familiar with Microsoft service-oriented architecture,.NET, C#, and have BizTalk experience.
- You are capable of independently managing projects.
- You communicate clearly and keep the client’s needs front and center.
- You have excellent verbal and written proficiency in Dutch and English.
