**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Viva Wallet Group’s Marketing & Communications team to shape the local communications strategy, manage and activate an engaging external and internal communications plan aligned with business and budget goals
- Enhance brand equity and product awareness in the region of responsibility
- Produce strong narratives; Be a compelling story-teller to reach and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop media relations plan to drive awareness at country level
- Build a strong network including media and opinion leaders
- Maximise the Organisation’s visibility and SOV across all platforms and channels
- Identify and create opportunities-to-see for meaningful stakeholder engagement
- Identify issues at a local level and work closely with the Group’s Marketing and Communications team and Country Leadership team to resolve them in an effective and timely manner, safeguarding the Organisation’s reputation
- Be part of the Group Employer Branding taskforce to help shape our talent attraction strategy and position Viva Wallet as an employer of choice, while enhancing employee experience. Suggest ideas to promote our employer brand voice. Identify communications channels per stakeholder. Project manage internal and external employer branding activities, aligning with Group’s strategy and messaging.
- Plan and coordinate the Organisation’s participation in events such as trade shows, conferences, tech meetings, speaking opportunities and more.
- Manage and coordinate external vendors, including PR agency
- Monitor industry trends
- Monitor, measure, analyze and report on activity and KPIs

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of Communications & PR experience, including demonstrable experience in Corporate Communications and Employer Branding
- Working experience in the FinTech/ Digital Economy / Banking industry, preferably with a multinational company, will be considered a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or above in PR / Communications / Marketing or similar field
- Experience in working with tech and business media / good knowledge and existing relations with the BENELUX + France media community
- Excellent communications skills in French, Dutch, and English
- Excellent writing skills in French, Dutch, and English
- Proven track record designing and executing Communications & PR campaigns that achieved anticipated results
- Ability to understand the FinTech ecosystem matched with passion for technology
- Creative approach, willing to challenge established way of doing things
- Digital-first + Strategic + Analytical + Forward-thinking mindset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills; attention to detail + problem-solving “expert”
- Team player

**Extra points for**
- Experience in multinational PR and Employer Branding campaigns
- Experience in B2B communications
- Additional language skills (preferably German and/or Italian)
