- Establish and maintain an excellent collaboration with other impetus and participate assiduously in external coordination meetings. Organize and follow up on coordination meetings ; Negotiate steering Analyze impacts on the network and define the best solutions taking into account existing Design Rules. Drafting and sharing of the various reports required. Obtaining price agreements with contractors, construction companies. Traveling throughout the province of Liege (especially the 9 German-speaking municipalities), in order to attend various meetings or site visits. Administrative follow-up with the internal teams to allow the execution of the works in synergy in the necessary time while respecting the defined budget. Follow the synergies in the Powalco tool (Wallonia).
- Obtaining authorizations in public and/or private domain
- Ensure support in the files of authorizations in the public domain and obtaining authorizations in the private domain (necessary with the other teams concerned) and ensure that these authorizations are obtained in time to allow the execution of the work within the expected time. Establish and maintain an excellent collaboration with the regional and communal authorities, police zone etc... in charge of issuing authorizations. Present the network deployment plans to the relevant public actors.

- Pre-study and solutions
- Carry out technical analyses concerning the construction, management and maintenance of the cable network (fiber optic or copper) in order to achieve an optimal infrastructure at the best price and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Propose your analyses/solutions to our design office: Systematically taking into account other possible external triggers (road works, housing estates, industrial zoning, customer requests) in the same environment; In order to optimize the use of our personnel and material resources;
- To manage this type of projects towards their preparation and work execution phase, so that they are taken care of with the appropriate priority.
- Real Estate Project Management
- Establish and maintain an excellent collaboration with real estate developers in order to anticipate the connection of their new construction projects. Follow up on these projects, contact the developers to keep our databases up to date. Ensure internally that our deployment project is completed in a timely manner. Coordinate technical meetings with other parties involved (internal and external) and administrative follow-up to complete the technical file required for the connection of new construction projects.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in telecom, real estate, construction, architecture or equivalent experience.Experience
- Experience in the telecom industry is an asset.
