**Program/Project Manager - New Banking Platform**
- Lead cross-team and often cross-organisation high-impact projects and programs
- Setup those projects/programs and ensure on-time delivery
- (help) Translate insights into a vision and implementation plan
- Manage and resolve risks linked to the program
- Communicate across the organisation, and manage demanding stakeholders at all levels.
- Take initiative and think out of the box to ensure realization of objectives

- Strong project/program management and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal, and relationship management skills adapted to various levels in the organization
- Able to communicate in an understandable and graphical way, adapted to different audiences
- Challenging mindset to ensure the team delivers the best solution
- Experience with big scale legacy modernization projects
- Role leader (model, coaching,..) within Transformation Office and the bank as needed
