Ai Program Management Lead

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead transversal programs across Proximus Ada and its customers, a key example being the Proximus AI program.
- Unite cross-functional teams behind a common vision, taking into account the unique perspective of each stakeholder.
- For new initiatives, define the scope, deliverables, roadmap, required resources, required budget, and program governance.
- Build one common delivery roadmap, taking into account all dependencies, and oversee its implementation.
- Set up & coordinate transversal initiatives, such as AI evangelization, training & change management, AI regulation (e.g. AI Act), privacy & security, etc.
- Manage program budget and be accountable for delivering against established business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and overcome program risks.
- Track and clearly report program status (in terms of project delivery, budget, risks and issues, etc.).
- Manage key stakeholder at all levels of the organization, act as their trusted partner throughout the program lifecycle, from vision and strategy definition to actual implementation.
- Actively contribute to the Ada AI Strategy, as part of the AI Strategy Staff.

**Required skills**
- 2+ years of project or program management experience
- Expertise in AI technologies
- Senior stakeholder management skills
- Strong collaboration, communication & presentation skills
- Result-oriented, analytical, with a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for high-quality delivery
- Eager to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends and technologies

**Languages**:

- Professional working proficiency & fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
