**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business requirements and ensure accurate technical translation.
- Manage suppliers, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with SSDLC, testing, deployment, and service delivery.
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and risk management for your team.

**Your Profile**:

- Master’s in IT or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years in Development Lead, Project Management, or Service Delivery roles.
- Experience leading teams and managing projects end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of system development, SCADA/EMS, and real-time network protocols.
- ITIL certification and familiarity with SharePoint, Jira preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work across teams.
