Supply Chain Analyst

Via physical stores up to 1.000m² (Medi Market and Pharmacy By Medi-Market), beauty institutes (l’Institut) and 2 web shops- and- ), we try to offer the broadest assortment of healthcare products at the lowest prices. Our innovative concept guarantees our customers a personalised advice by experts and a wide range of healthcare products, natural medicines, dermo cosmetics, specialised nutrition, and baby care products. The group grows fast, follows an omnichannel strategy and has strong ambitions to grow even further. We also started our European expansion in Italy.
- To ensure the continuous growth of the group, we are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst (junior/senior) to strengthen the Supply Chain management team at the warehouse of Medicare-Market.
- Your responsibilities
- You have multiple focus areas:
- Analysing specific topics in the supply chain to gather insights on how the chain is behaving, to detect anomalies, to propose and elaborate potential improvements.-
- Collecting, explaining, and improving the information for established KPI.-
- Supporting the supply chain manager in the definition of rules and best practices.-
- Tests new or altered processes within the supply chain (including IT solutions).- A major challenge in the upcoming months will be our imminent move from our current warehouse of 3.800m² to our new warehouse of 15.000 m². You will play an active role in the preparation and execution of this move.
- You will be part of a small and dynamic team of supply chain analysts.
- Your profile- You have a bachelor or master grade or equivalent by experience.-
- Junior profiles are also eligible, a growth trajectory can be foreseen.-
- You have good knowledge of Excel or other tools to analyse data.-
- You are flexible and like variation in the work.-
- Experience within retail is a plus.-
- Experience in the (para)pharmaceutical sector is a plus.-
- You can use your common sense and logic to find a solution or an explanation for a problem.-
- You are assertive and want to go to the bottom of things to understand and explain.-
- You are bilingual (English/French) and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.-
- You are assertive and have good oral and written skills.-
- You are conscient and systematic. You can work on your own and show initiative to deal with unexpected events.-
- You are enthusiastic and like to learn a lot and have a strong desire to participate to the growth and success of the group.- Our offer- Location: Nijvel/Nívelles-
