As we undertake a journey of transformation to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry, we are seeking a talented transformation expert to join the Agility & Transformation Tribe.

As a transformation expert you'll be driving organizational change at scale and you’ll be leading transformation initiatives in complex environments. Your ultimate goal is to make Telenet more agile

**Key Responsibilities as a Transformation Expert**:
**1. Scaled Agile Implementation ‎**
You'll play a crucial role in the transformation process of rolling out the Scaled Agile Operating Model at Telenet. By doing so, you'll work closely together with Tribe leadership, product owners, scrum masters and the cross-functional teams in the Tribes.

**2. Orchestration ‎**
You'll work together with our Strategy & Portfolio colleagues to define and implement effective governance and orchestration strategies, ensuring a close connection between business steering and delivery challenges. By doing so, you ensure that initiatives across the entire organization are well managed and in line with the overall company priorities.

**3. Data Driven Governance ‎**
You’ll develop and implement data driven frameworks providing a clear view on the agile transformation and orchestration effectiveness. To this end you’ll define clear roles and responsibilities, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor progress to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

**4. Change Management ‎**
You’ll drive change management activities to ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working in a sustainable way. You’ll engage stakeholders at all levels, communicate the benefits of the transformation, and address resistance effectively.

**5. Continuous Improvement ‎**
You’ll continuously look for ways to improve our Way of Working by identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation. You’ll do this by implementing feedback loops and mechanisms to gather insights from teams, enabling iterative enhancements to processes and practices.

**Our ideal Transformation Expert has.**
- Proven experience in driving transformation initiatives, particularly in scaled agile environments.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum) and practical experience in their implementation.
- Strong experience with orchestrating in complex environments with multiple initiatives, capacity constraints and dependencies
- Expertise in governance frameworks, with the ability to design and implement effective structures that align with business objectives.
- Excellent change management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving strategic goals. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
